If you're planning a beach wedding in Rehoboth Beach, there are certain steps you must follow.

We want your wedding planning experience to be a joyous one.  And we want to ensure that your desired location is suitable and without interruption for you and your guests.

1. Once you have a wedding date in mind, contact City Hall at 302-227-6181 x123 or send an email to check date availability.
2. Fill out a Beach Wedding Permit Application, and return it to City Hall for processing.
3. Obtain a wedding license (good for 30 days only) from the Sussex County Clerk of
