This weekend, the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand will kick off its 61st season and 13 weeks of great music and free, fun performances. The 2023 Summer Concert Series gets off to a jazzy and nostalgic start with performances featuring Good Shot Judy, Frontiers – The Ultimate Journey Tribute Band, and Guys in Thin Ties.
"We are thrilled to kick off our Summer Concert Series with such an incredible lineup," says Corey Groll, program director for the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand. "These free performances promise to deliver an unforgettable experience for our audience, showcasing the remarkable talent and diverse musical styles that the bandstand is known for."
Good Shot Judy swings and sways into the season’s opening performance Friday, June 9, with their infectious, high-energy sounds. With the band’s captivating blend of jazz, swing, and big band music, audience members are enticed to dance the night away.

Saturday, June 10, brings to the bandstand stage the ultimate tribute to the iconic rock band Journey in the form of Frontiers – The Ultimate Journey Tribute Band. Fans can expect an unforgettable evening filled with Journey’s greatest hits, flawlessly performed with the same energy and excitement that made Journey a household name.
Closing out the opening weekend on Sunday, June 11, Guys in Thin Ties will perform spot-on renditions of classic hits from the ‘80s.
Throughout the season, free concerts will be presented at 8 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday each weekend.
The Rehoboth Beach Bandstand Summer Concert Series is a Rehoboth Beach tradition, providing free entertainment to the community and visitors since 1963. The bandstand's picturesque location, just steps away from the beach, offers a unique and memorable setting for live performances.
