Recycling

Recycling of newspapers, magazines, narrow-neck plastic bottles, aluminum and steel cans, corrugated cardboard, boxboard, phone books, junk mall, glass and more reduces the volume of trash interred at the landfill, saves the city tipping fees and is environmentally friendly.

The city's Recyclables Collection Program, instituted in 2006, remains free of charge including providing free containers. To participate in this program, please complete and return our PDF icon Recycling Enrollment Form.
