Permit of Compliance and Supplemental Permit of Compliance Hearing - Request by Michael Firetti and Chris McKeown of Agave Management Group LLC, to operate a new restaurant serving alcoholic beverages with a patio, to be known as "Agave Restaurant", pursuant to the City of Rehoboth Beach Municipal Code, Chapter 215 - Restaurants and Section 270-19 - Use Restrictions - Restaurants, Patios. The restaurant will be located at 232 Rehoboth Avenue.
Old Business:
A. Further discussion and consideration of changes to the present parking permit structure, Section 92-263 of the City Code.
B. Consideration and vote on proposed rate adjustments for the Convention Center and weddings.
C. Consideration and vote to adopt an ordinance to consolidate business license categories and amend City Code, Chapter 120- Businesses.
D. Presentation/discussion by Boardwalk & Beach Committee.
