City of Rehoboth Beach Settlement Agreements

On Friday, April 20, 2018, at a Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Commissioners, settlement agreements were approved in two cases pending before the Delaware Court of Chancery. Those cases are E&R Enterprises v. The City of Rehoboth Beach (No. 1036-VCG) and DePasquale v. The City of Rehoboth Beach (No. 10368-VCG).  The settlement agreements are available for public review here:
