Commissioners discuss Capital Improvement Plan 2019-2023 at workshop meeting Oct. 2

A commissioners special meeting was held Monday, October 2, 2017, to discuss a

(CIP) to coordinate financing and timing of proposed capital improvements. It contains a list of capital projects proposed for the City of Rehoboth Beach within the next five years (2019-2023) and reflects the recommendations of Department Heads, the Board of Commissioners, City Staff, and the City Manager. The CIP provides the summary description, estimated cost, methods of financing, and a scheduled implementation for each capital improvement project. It is anticipated that the completed document will be utilized as a tool for the development of annual capital expenditure budgets. The commissioners are in the process of reviewing the CIP and will be scheduling a meeting soon to discuss further.
