Notice of Work - Annual Paving Program

The City of Rehoboth Beach has contracted A-Del Construction to perform paving work on Philadelphia Street from Scarborough Avenue to King Charles Avenue and Third Street from Lake Avenue to Columbia Avenue. This project is part of the Annual Paving Program that protects the City’s investment in the street infrastructure by maintaining and repairing streets. Concrete work in preparation for the project will begin January 27th on Philadelphia Street between Bayard Avenue and Scarborough Avenue. The scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Affected property owners will be notified by a letter providing the date, duration, and construction activity to be performed, as well as any specific information including roadway parking restrictions or minor access restrictions.
