On Sunday January 19, 2020 just after 10 p.m. two subjects were involved in an altercation inside an establishment in the 100 block of Rehoboth Avenue. During the altercation, the suspect pictured, struck another subject in the face with a glass bottle. The suspect left the area prior to officers arriving on scene. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately thirty to forty years of age, and approximately 5’4” to 5’6” in height.
The second subject was taken to Beebe Healthcare in Lewes where they were treated and released.
