Following an investigation, the Rehoboth Beach Police have identified Rachel A. Murray, 30, of Bethany Beach, Del. as the driver of the vehicle involved in the roll over collision that occurred on North First Street, just outside Nicola Pizza, on October 21st, 2018 at around 9:30pm.
Murray turned herself into police and was arrested during the afternoon hours of November 2nd, 2018. Murray was charged with 1 count of leaving the scene of a property damage collision, 1 count of reckless driving, 1 count of driving with an expired license, 1 count of failure to provide information at a collision scene resulting in property damage, 1 count of failure to have insurance identification in possession, 1 count of failure to have registration card in possession, and 1 count of failure to report a property damage collision to a police agency.
No injuries resulted from the collision.
