Rehoboth Police Investigate Burglary to Star of The Sea Condominiums

On 01/27/15, Rehoboth Police handled a complaint of a burglary at the Star of the Sea Condominiums in which the suspect entered the lobby and office areas at approximately 3:00 am by prying the doors open with an unknown flat edge tool. The suspect remained in the office and surrounding area for approximately three hours, eating food, attempting to pry the washer/dryer coin collection bin and watching television.  Through the surveillance footage, the suspect was last seen walking north on the Boardwalk at approximately 6:00 am.  Through the course of investigation the suspect was positively identified as Mark Kent Black Wilson, 36 whose last known address is Smyrna, Delaware.  Wilson is currently wanted by the Rehoboth Beach Police for burglary and theft related charges.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Wilson is asked to contact Det.
