Rehoboth Police Arrest Millsboro Man for Restaurant Burglary

On Thursday July, 31 2014, at approximately 1:30 am, Rehoboth Police responded to the Planet X Café, 35 Wilmington Avenue, for a reported subject breaking the front glass door.  Officers arrived on location and found Stephen L. Quinn, 41, of Millsboro in the kitchen area preparing crab cakes and in possession of a bottle of alcohol, items stolen from the location.  Upon contact by Rehoboth Officers, Quinn attempted to flee by breaking through the rear door of the establishment but was quickly apprehended in the rear alley behind the location.   Quinn was charged with Burglary, Theft under $1500, Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.  Stephen Quinn was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $2000 secured bond.  Quinn is scheduled to appear in the Court of Common Pleas for a preliminary hearing on August 8, 2014.
