Rehoboth Beach, Del.  On July 30, 2019 just before midnight, Suspect 1, removed an unsecured bicycle from a bicycle rack on the Boardwalk in the area of Wilmington Avenue.  He is a white male, approximately 5’10” to 6’0” tall, brown hair, and is between 16 and 19 years old.  He was accompanied by a second white male, Suspect 2, who is approximately 5’6” to 5’9” tall and is between 15 and 18 years old.

The victim, Jarvous Johnson (33) of Rehoboth Beach, reported his bicycle stolen on July 31, 2019 at approximately 12:45p.m.  The bicycle was recovered on August 1, 2019.
