Rehoboth Beach, Del. On August 26, 2019 just before 4pm the suspect removed a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from Shades on Rehoboth Avenue without rendering payment. The suspect is a Hispanic male, approximately 5’9” to 5’11” tall, black hair with a full beard, and is approximately 20-29 years old. The suspect returned to the store on August 28, 2019 just before 11am and attempted to remove another pair of sunglasses without rendering payment.

On August 29, officers were able to locate and apprehend the suspect involved in the alleged theft from Shades on Rehoboth Avenue. The suspect was identified as Anthony Cauterucci, 26, of Bethesda, MD. Cauterucci wascharged with one count of shoplifting, which is a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
