Georgetown Man Arrested for Purse Theft

On 03/23/15, Rehoboth Police arrested Edward L. Hack, 63, of Georgetown for theft a purse from Renove Med Spa that occurred on Monday March 16, 2015. A Rehoboth officer made contact with Hack after he was observed walking in town in on the morning of 03/23/15. Hack was then positively identified by the victim, who had contact with the suspect on a previous interaction at the spa. Edward L. Hack, who was formerly from the Rehoboth area, was charged with 1-count of theft under $1500 and released on a $500 unsecured bond. Hack is scheduled to appear in the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas at a later date.
