On Saturday, October 24th, 2015 at 11:00AM the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce will host the 26th Annual Sea Witch Parade. The parade will cause road closures and traffic delays in the Rehoboth Beach area. The following is a list of road closures associated with the 26th Annual Sea Witch Parade;
1A Eastbound (Entrance to Rehoboth) will be closing at 10:25AM and will remain closed until approximately 2:00PM.
Church Street Northbound will be closing at 10:25AM and will remain closed until approximately 2:00PM.
The Portion of State Road between Rehoboth Avenue and Hickman Street will be closing at 8:30AM and will remain closed until approximately 2:00PM.
The Convention Center Parking Lot and the Municipal Lot behind the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Department will be closing at 8:30AM and will remain closed until approximately 2:00PM.
Rehoboth Avenue from the Traffic Circle to the Bandstand will be closing at 10:30AM and will remain closed until approximately 3:00PM. Vehicles will be unable to cross Rehoboth Avenue during this time period. Vehicles needing to cross from the North side of the city to the South side of the city will have to do so via the Traffic Circle.
