DelDOT will offer six of their bike safety checkpoints at the J1 student dinners this summer, and two of them will be in Rehoboth at St. Edmond's Church. The dates are Wednesdays, June 20 and July 11. The dinners begin at 5:30 p.m. Students can have their bikes checked for safety, have lights installed, and get a helmet. The Rehoboth Beach Police are working to help keep locals and visitors safe. The checkpoint, although located at a student dinner, is available to everyone.
