Commissioners Workshop Meeting March 4

The Commissioners Workshop Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2019, at 9 a.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The meeting agenda includes:

  • City Manager’s Report
  • City Solicitor’s Report
  • Presentation  by DNREC of DCP's Resilient Community Partnership Project on impervious surface coverage.
  • Presentation by Rehoboth Beach Main Street on the Capstone Project.

New Business:

A. Discuss existing lease agreements within the City proper, associated fees and possible policy moving forward.

B. Discussion and introduction of a potential mixed-use zoning district within City limits.

C. Discussion on expressed activity.

D. Presentation of University of Delaware survey of businesses.
