Commissioners Workshop Meeting June 10

The Commissioners Workshop Meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2019, at 9 a.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The meeting agenda includes:

City Manager’s Report

City Solicitor’s Report

Old Business

A. Further discussion of Grove Park Canal Access Project and the path forward for the City. City staff will be in attendance to discuss responsibilities.

B. Continuing discussion of additional borrowing authority for the WWTP Phase 2 & Phase 3 and maintenance issues related to the plant.*

New Business

A. Discussion of possible City Code changes to Sections 74-16 - Posting signs on public property prohibited, 120-14 - Businesses, violations and penalties, 208-4 - Amendment to Section 106.3 Property Maintenance Code, 208-5 - Amendment to Section 106.4 Property Maintenance Code and 270-69 - Signs, violations, and penalties suggested by Code Enforcement Officer.

B. Discussion of additional no smoking areas within City limits.

C. Brief discussion of most recent parking garage task force.
