On Thursday, July 27, 2017, three bids were received for cleaning services for the Municipal Complex. The annual budgeted amount was $129,000. The apparent low bidder is JB's Professional Floor Care & Commercial Cleaning Inc. with a monthly bid of $7,000 and an annual bid of $84,000. All bids are still subject to review and evaluation in accordance with the Contract Documents.
