Mission

To insure the ability of all Information technology equipment and services to perform their functions to the best possible level.  Provide all City Staff with the latest technology in order to enhance their job productivity and efficiency.

Goals

  • Proved the newest technology to the City at the best return on investment.
  • Provide City Staff with the proper tools to perform their jobs with the greatest efficiency.
  • Provide timely repair of critical technology assets.

Services/Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain all City technology including: Computers, printers, software, communications equipment.
  • Provide reports to City Manager, Mayor, and Commissioners as needed to forecast City revenues and expenses when items of technology are involved.
  • Provide an annual technology budget to the City Manager for approval.
