Convention Center Amenities

When your event is confirmed, City of Rehoboth Beach staff will assist you with meeting/event needs and requirements. The following amenities are available for you to use at no charge.

Tables

Rectangular Tables 

  • 30" x 96", seats eight per table. Total available: 70
  • 30" x 72", seats six per table. Total available: 36
  • 18" x 96" Total available: 40

Round Tables

  • 60", seats eight per table. Total available: 40

Audio Visual Equipment
  • Public Address System/Sound System: We provide a stationary sound system with a 16-channel mixer, along with CD, cassette, and AM-FM radio capability.
  • Podium
  • Digital projector and screen (ceiling mounted - Main Hall and Conference Room)
Commercial Kitchen
  • Our large commercial kitchen is available for use. Lessee must provide all kitchen items.
  • Trash collection service provided.
  • The convention center is fully equipped with a fire detection and sprinkler system.
