Permit of Compliance Hearings - April 21

The Board of Commissioners will hold three permit of compliance public hearings as part of its meeting at 2 pm Friday, April 21.

• Downtown Blues has requested a permit of compliance to operate a new restaurant serving alcoholic beverages.
• Egg at 510 Rehoboth Avenue has requested a permit of compliance and supplemental permit of compliance  to modify the floor plan of an existing restaurant.
• Lupo Di Mare Italian Kitchen at 247 Rehoboth Avenue has requested a supplemental permit of compliance for outdoor dining on public space.

Commissioners will meet on the second floor of City Hall.
