Both Timothy Trexler and William Trexler sustained minor injuries during the incident.  One officer also sustained minor injuries.

Both Timothy and William Trexler were charge with 1 count each of misdemeanor resisting arrest and 1 count each of disorderly conduct.  Timothy Trexler was issued a civil citation for possession of an open container of alcohol.

They were both committed to Sussex Correction Institution in default of $1,100 secured bail.
