Request for Proposal - Painting Bandstand

The City of Rehoboth Beach is soliciting a request for proposals to paint the Bandstand located at 2 Rehoboth Avenue at the Boardwalk. The Bandstand is a high-profile venue used for concerts, movies, and other entertainment. The size of the Bandstand is approximately 14,000 square feet. The work will include all necessary surface preparation and safe removal of existing paint/scaling. New paint shall consist of Sherman Williams Epoxy Primer, Epoxy Top Coat, to match existing colors.

The City of Rehoboth Beach, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971, will accept Bids until Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at noon. The bid will be awarded no later than Thursday, April 26, 2018. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Work to be completed by May 25, 2018. The City of Rehoboth Beach hereby notifies all that it will affirmatively ensure that in all Contracts it enters, Minority Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit Bids, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, or national origin in consideration of an Award.
