Rehoboth Officer Brian Kaczmarczyk Promoted to Sergeant

Rehoboth Beach Police Department has promoted Officer Brian Kaczmarczyk to the position of sergeant. Kaczmarczyk started his career with the department in March 2001 as a full-time officer in the patrol division. He served as The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies assistant from 2016 through 2018. Chief Keith Banks said, “Sergeant Kaczmarczyk will play a critical role in our department and our emphasis on safety and staying engaged with the community. I am excited about his promotion and look forward to working with Sergeant Kaczmarczyk in his new leadership role.” Kaczmarczyk is a graduate of Wilmington University with a degree in behavioral science. He and his wife have two children.
