On July 4th, 2018 at around 3:30pm, Cpl. Bryson Ezell Cpl. Dana Wyant, & Sgt. Ray Edwards responded to the City of Rehoboth Waste Water Facility where a worker reported hearing the cries of a dog in distress. The officers located Hershey, a 16 year old cocker spaniel, stuck in the marsh west of the waste water facility where they went above and beyond to return Hershey to her family.
