Rehoboth Beach, Del.  With the assistance of the community, both suspects in this case have been positively identified.  The suspects are juveniles, a 16 year old from Rehoboth Beach and a 15 year old from Lewes.  The Rehoboth Beach Police Department has obtained warrants for both suspects, each being sought for theft under $1500 and conspiracy in the third degree, which are misdemeanors.
