On Friday (06/21/19) at around 10am, the pictured suspect approached a food & beverage retail store in the first block of Rehoboth Avenue and removed a tip jar from the front counter.
The primary suspect, a black male wearing a dark colored camouflage hooded jacket, black, white & red athletic shorts, and dark shoes was accompanied by another black male wearing jean shorts and a blue hooded sweatshirt.
Both males fled the scene north across Rehoboth Avenue on foot.

Anyone having contact with the suspect is asked to immediately call 911.
