UPDATED: Bridge Repairs Will Require the Closure of SR 1A/Silver Lake Drive
WHEN: 7 AM on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, until 5 PM on Friday, December 14, 2018, pending weather.
WHERE: SR 1A/Silver Lake Drive (Bridge over Silver Lake) between Lake Drive and Robinson Drive, Rehoboth.
Due to inclement weather, the construction and closure have been extended until Friday, December 14, 2018.
WHAT: DelDOT's contractor, Mumford & Miller Concrete Inc. will be replacing the bridge joints, repairing the adjacent approach asphalt roadway, repairing the timber slab, and making minor concrete deck repairs on the bridge.
Detour signage will be posted for motorists.
