2019-2020 Tax Assessment List

The 2019-2020 Tax Assessment List is available for review in the office of the City Manager located at City Hall Municipal Building, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE. Any taxable property owner of the City of Rehoboth Beach, whose property assessment value has changed, may file a notice of appeal between March 8, 2019, and March 18, 2019. The property tax assessment value appeal forms are available at City Hall, or the form can be downloaded from the City's website at cityofrehoboth.com.
