Animal Issues Committee

The Animal Issues Committee provides ideas, suggestions and solutions in order to create a more animal friendly environment in the City of Rehoboth Beach, while working to preserve the health, peace, safety, cleanliness and good order of the City and its inhabitants. The Committee will work to inspire the community to sustain wildlife populations and habitats through science-based management and conservation.

The Animal Issues Committee is advisory to the Board of Commissioners. Membership is by appointment by the Board of Commissioners. Eligible members include property and business owners, residents and stakeholders. Terms of office will be reviewed annually. The Committee meets on an “as needed” basis at City Hall.
