USLA Mid-Atlantic Regional Lifesaving Championship

Watch lifeguards from around the Mid-Atlantic compete for a chance at nationals. Events include run, swim, and rescue competitions in individual and team categories. Two of the featured events are the landline rescue race and beach flags. Competition will take place on the beach around the Baltimore Avenue Beach Patrol headquarters.
