ANNUAL FEES
FOR REFUSE COLLECTION

1, 2008

FEES
The City shall collect from the
owner of each parcel of residential real estate an annual
garbage and refuse collection fee, regardless of whether said
owner uses the City collection service.

COMMERCIAL FEES
The city shall collect from the owner of each
commercial establishment an annual garbage and refuse
collection fee, unless the owner has elected to have refuse
collected by a private collector, provided that by July 1 of
each year the owner verified that he has provided for
collection and disposal of refuse.
