On 02/09/15, Rehoboth Beach Police arrested Braedon Zinser, 26 of Rehoboth and Morgan Gunser, 22 of Rehoboth for their roles in the burglary to the Rehoboth Toy and Kite Company on 01/29/15. An anonymous tip from the public led to the identification of Morgan Gunser from the surveillance footage released and subsequently to her boyfriend, Braedon Zinser. Both Zinser and Gunser were arrested at Zinser's residence in Rehoboth where evidence linking both subjects to the crime was collected. Both subjects were charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Wearing a Disguise during a Felony, Possession of Burglary Tools, Tampering with Evidence, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Theft under $1500 and Criminal Mischief under $1000. Zinser was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $12000.00 secured bond; Gunser was committed to Baylor Women's Correctional Institute in default of $12000.00 secured bond. Both subjects are scheduled to appear in the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on 02/12/15 for a preliminary hearing.
