David I. Brown, 20, of Dover Del. turned himself into authorities on Monday. Brown was wanted on charges of drug possession and resisting arrest after fleeing from a traffic stop on April 25th, 2016. Brown was arrested and charged with 4 misdemeanor crimes to include; 1 count of possession of marijuana, 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia, 1 count of resisting arrest, and 1 count of criminal contempt of a domestic violence protective order. Brown was arraigned out of the Justice of the Peace Court #2, issued a $1700.00 unsecured bail and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution as a result of a probation violation.
