The City of Rehoboth Beach Launches CivicWeb Portal

Jul 06, 2016

The City of Rehoboth Beach has launched CivicWeb, a new portal that will improve the community’s access to City meetings and additional information.

Since the beginning of the year, the City has been actively working with technology leader iCompass Technologies to implement the City of Rehoboth Beach’s CivicWeb Portal. In an effort to build a stronger community by improving the flow of information between government and public the portal is now live and may be accessed from the City’s website, www.cityofrehoboth.com.

The portal contains community information for both regular and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes and records while providing a user friendly interface. There is also a calendar that will showcase public meetings for months in advance.

Users are encouraged to sign up for electronic updates in order to be notified of any new developments. As part of the signup process, individuals may select which meetings and information for which they wish to be notified.

The portal also comes with an advanced search engine that will help citizens easily locate City actions and decisions. Residents are encouraged to access the portal by going to the City’s website, www.cityofrehoboth.com, and clicking on the CivicWeb Portal link.
